lol... Korean policemen aren't like American policemen.... They're actually really soft and polite. Its probably because Koreans don't have guns and policemen serves the gov't, which is funded by taxes. Citizens give feedback to the police. So, the black person doesn't know this and does what he is familiar in the states... lol Which I probably wouldn't know of.
