Love the humor in the wiki. I got to have some balut one day. I just realized I have a Filipino American friend. I asked "Do you have some" he says "Do you want some?" as if we're dealing drugs. God, I love exotic food. To be honest, Balut would freak me out but I just want to try it. This just came up in my head because I was eating Chicken liver. Thankfully the South has a lot of exotic chicken dishes.
